- Conquering Fear of Heights: Everyone experiences some fear of heights. We'll address this naturally and provide techniques to overcome it safely and confidently.
Building Confidence:
- Safe and Progressive Learning: We'll begin with basic climbing techniques and gradually introduce more challenging aspects as you progress.
- Essential Skills: You'll learn essential skills like belaying, fall management, and, if you're ready, even lead climbing.
What do you need to bring?
Make sure to pack the following essentials for your climbing adventure:
- Approach shoes
- Warm and light clothing
- Sunscreen
- Mosquito repellent
- A great attitude!
Additionally, personal insurance is required, and we recommend arranging it before you travel.
