Operacija je bila uspe\u0161na, moje okrevanje je bilo hitro in izstopila sem mo\u010dnej\u0161a kot kdaj koli prej.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Prebujanje in delitev<\/h4>\n<p>Danes se po\u010dutim neustavljivo. Moja samozavest in vzdr\u017eljivost sta se neizmerno pove\u010dala in plezanje \u2013 \u0161port, ki sem ga imela vedno rada \u2013 je postalo tako strast kot na\u010din povezovanja z drugimi. Iz teh izku\u0161enj sem ustvarila Climb to Heal, projekt, ki zdru\u017euje mojo ljubezen do plezanja z mojo \u017eeljo pomagati drugim pri premagovanju njihovih izzivov.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9933\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9933\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9933 size-wcstandard\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kbecan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/KAB4466-550x367.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9933\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Plezam enega od svojih projektov 7a+ v Agiji Sofiji, dva meseca po operaciji. \u0160e vedno sem \u010dutila bole\u010dino, vendar sem po\u010dasi delala gibe, skoraj vse.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4>Potovanje v teku<\/h4>\n<p>Plezanje se je iz strasti spremenilo v obliko terapije. Ne gre ve\u010d samo za fizi\u010dni izziv; gre za mentalno jasnost in \u010dustveno sprostitev, ki ju najdem pri vsakem vzponu. Zid postane metafora za vse \u017eivljenjske ovire. Ko se soo\u010dim s te\u017eko smerjo, se spomnim na \u010dase, ko sem mislila, da ne morem nadaljevati, na dneve, ko se je bole\u010dina zdela neskon\u010dna. Pa vendar mi je uspelo.<\/p>\n<p>Vsak vzpon, vsak oprijem je opomnik, da zdravljenje ni linearno. So trenutki, ko se strah ponovno pojavi, ko se prikradejo dvomi, a z vsakim novim vrhom pridobivam samozavest in globlje razumevanje svoje mo\u010di. Kar se je za\u010delo kot osebna bitka, se je zdaj spremenilo v na\u010din navdihovanja drugih. Ne gre le za besede, ki jih izgovorimo, ampak tudi za misli, ki jih imamo v mislih. \u010ce nekdo verjame, da ne more plezati, ker se po\u010duti prete\u017ekega ali pre\u0161ibkega, ta misel neposredno vpliva na odziv njegovega telesa. Enako velja za zdravje. \u010ce verjamemo, da je ozdravitev nemogo\u010da, na\u0161 um in telo sodelujeta, da po\u0161ljeta sporo\u010dilo mo\u017eganom, ti pa nato komunicirajo z organi, odgovornimi za proces zdravljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e misli so mo\u010dnej\u0161e, kot se pogosto zavedamo. Vsaka misel generira dejanje \u2013 pozitivna misel aktivira telo in nas spodbuja, da gremo naprej, medtem ko negativna misel povzro\u010di, da se telo ugasne in se izogne \u200b\u200bsoo\u010danju s stresom, na primer pri plezanju. To spoznanje je klju\u010dno, tako v plezanju kot v \u017eivljenju: na\u0161e misli so pomembne.
